We're platform-agnostic. If you can get FASTQ, BAM, or VCF files, we can analyze it. Many of our clients use low-cost, high-quality sequencing providers and rely on us for independent analysis and figure generation.

Long-read & plasmid specialists

Plasmidsaurus for whole-plasmid, whole-genome, and amplicon sequencing on Oxford Nanopore. Send us the FASTQs and we'll handle assembly, QC, and downstream analysis.

Global short-read NGS providers

Eurofins Genomics, Novogene, and Azenta / GENEWIZ offer Illumina, PacBio, and other NGS platforms for genome, transcriptome, and metagenome projects. We plug directly into their data outputs.

Large-scale & regional cores

We also routinely work with data from BGI Genomics, institutional cores, and Illumina-run services. If your provider delivers standard NGS files, we can give you more control over analysis and a more affordable, transparent pricing model.

Which sequencing providers can I use?

We're completely independent of any sequencing vendor. Most clients send us data from providers like Plasmidsaurus, Eurofins Genomics, Novogene, Azenta/GENEWIZ, BGI, Illumina, or their institutional core facility. As long as you can receive standard formats (FASTQ, BAM, VCF, or count matrices), you can shop around for the best sequencing price and turnaround time, then rely on us for consistent, high-quality analysis.

What file types do you accept?

We accept FASTQ (raw sequencing reads), BAM/SAM (aligned reads), VCF (variant calls), count matrices (for RNA-seq), and FASTA/GenBank files. Compressed formats (.gz, .zip) are fine. If you have a different format, just ask—we can usually work with it.

How is my data kept secure?

All data transfers use encrypted connections. Data is stored on secure servers with access controls and is deleted after project completion (or retained only with your explicit permission). We're happy to sign NDAs or Data Use Agreements as needed.

How long does analysis take?

Most fixed-scope services (CRISPR, RNA-seq, etc.) are completed in 2-3 business days after we receive your data. Custom projects vary depending on scope, but we'll give you a timeline estimate during the consultation.

Can you sign a DUA or NDA?

Yes! We regularly work with institutional Data Use Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Just include your institution's template when you contact us, and we'll get it executed before starting work.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Absolutely. Every project includes a brief follow-up call (if you want it) to walk through the results. We're also available for questions about interpretation or figure modifications for a reasonable period after delivery.

Can I get a volume discount?

Yes! We offer discounts for projects with ≥8 samples or for clients with multiple ongoing projects. Contact us to discuss pricing for your specific needs.
